Comfort Mobility Massage
Massage any other way won't be as effective

There are many types of massage techniques that can be used to address anything from stress, flexibility to pain. These sessions can be most beneficial pre and post surgery or after a traumatic injury such as a car accident.

It takes an experienced therapist to ensure the most effective technique is used. Each session is tailored to what is needed to assist the body's natural ability to heal itself. Number of sessions needed is determined and discussed at the first consultation. Working with one therapist can ensure consistent care. Possibly lessening the number of sessions it will take to feel better.

Techniques used as needed: Therapeutic Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Therapeutic Swedish, Table-Thai, NMT, Sports, Acupressure, Trigger Point, Isolated stretching, and Reflexology.
